This was our second stay at the hotel and we loved it just as much this time. Every member of staff was excellent and we felt very welcomed. Our observation is that upon checkout we were disappointed to see that we had an additional service charge on our bill of over 100 euros. We had charged breakfasts and drinks and included tips every time so this felt unnecessary. It was pointed out to us when we were presented with the bill so we are grateful for this transparency and when we explained that we had already paid a service charge, the extra one was removed without a problem. We would also like to note that we were confused in the spa area about the male and female sides. Maybe some more signage inside would be useful. We would also like to compliment the high standard of food and cleanliness throughout.

Inside the room there is no privacy for the bathroom and shower. The bathroom and shower area is separate from the rest of the room by see-through glass, which can only be partially covered by a curtain. This could be a problem for some people.

Whoever has trained the staff has done a great job. Our stay was better at Chateau Montfort than it was at other hotels of the same category. The decor at Chateau Montfort is very fresh and appealing. We also appreciated the complimentary food items like strawberries that greeted us upon our arrival. Thank you!

Special thanks to the Egyptian and Afghan staff members. They provided excellent service and made my visit very smooth and comfortable.

Staff were outstanding throughout -- especially those at the front desk. Asya and Atena were very helpful, but those are the only names I can remember. Everyone behind the desk was fantastic.

Experiences coordinator was wonderful. Location so close to Metro and tram lines was an unexpected bonus.

The staff is superlative from greetings on entrance, front door staff, reception staff, and cleaning staff. The restaurant staff is so warm and friendly and does an excellent job for which the hotel should be justly proud. What a wonderful hotel. My room was fairly small, but magical nonetheless.

If we had known that we would be the only 2 diners in the restaurant on a Saturday night I think we might have gone somewhere else……….and there were so many amuses bouches that combined with the snacks supplied with the drinks in the bar meant we couldn’t do the food real justice..

We had a wonderful stay last week and the staff was very lovely. I like to send special compliments to the people from reception who helped us find some nice restaurants, the guys from the bar who provide perfect service and the staff at the breakfast room, especially the tall guy we spoke to on several occasions (has family in the Netherlands) . Room was great, loved the details and also the view from our balcony on the 1st floor to the "square" inside. And we ran into an incident outside (nothing to do with the hotel) where we were helped by a doorman AND also received a card and very nice chocolates from the staff (not needed at all but very thankful you were so attentive). That said I think you can see we had a great stay in your beautiful hotel and will surely be back!

The deluxe room we were given did not have a shower. I would not stay in that room again and would not choose to stay in the hotel unless the room provided had a shower.

The bar menu and service was excellent and I really appreciated the live music - both the pianist and the harpist.
I didnt receive any welcome emails or contact prior to arriving - that would have been nice.
The furnishings and quirky touches were wonderful.
The breakfast was better than advertised on the British Airways website as it included full hot options as well.
The check in on arrival was personal, high quality and very welcoming.

Exceptional hotel. Rooms, service and location were perfect. Dinner at Rubacuori was our best meal in Milan / Italy this trip (and we visited numerous Michelin restaurants). Menu, service, food preparation and plating, wine menu (and assistance in choosing) and value were all absolutely top class. Thank you!

In particular, I want to thank the wonderful staff member who assisted us in Spanish when we requested a room change. We had initially been assigned a suite without windows, and due to my claustrophobia, this situation was very difficult for me. She handled our request with exceptional patience, understanding, and genuine empathy.

Her calm attitude and willingness to help made a significant difference for us. Changing rooms is not always easy from an operational standpoint, yet she approached the situation with kindness and professionalism at all times.

Please extend my appreciation to her personally. Experiences like this are what truly define excellent hospitality.

Staff is wonderful. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful. The room felt way too small for 2 people. We were upgraded to a superior room. I don’t k ow what we would have done in anything smaller. We were there for a week and I didn’t unpack because nowhere to put my clothes.

The service was impeccable! If we expressed a need or even before we could, someone addressed it, no request was refused, if some thing wasn’t possible, a solution was suggested. Great service and great people. Storage in room 208 would have made our stay perfect. Also, in this time, at 5 stars, each bedside should have an outlet for charging phones.

Das Personal war wirklich one of a kind. Alle sehr professionell und aufmerksam. Am Ende das Paket zur Weiterreise habe ich bisher erst einmal im Steigenberger in Leipzig erlebt und ich hatte das Glück schon in vielen Top Hotels zu überachten. Wirklich toll. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie in einem Film. Die Harfenspielerin im Eingangsbereich – wow!

Executive room is basic superior room on extra prices. There is no 26m2 then maybe 16. IT should be 5 star hotel and staying should be pleasant and that can’t be on so small room. 404 is not looking on pictures

チェックインの際にピアスを落としたことに気がつき、エントランス、利用したタクシーの中を探しましたが見つかりませんでした。その後外出し、ホテルに戻ってきた際に、ベルの方が探していたものはこれですか？とピアスを差し出してくださいました。引き続き探して下さっていたことに感激し、感謝の思いでいっぱいです。当初見つからなかった際にも、私の不注意にもかかわらず、見つけられなくてごめんなさいと仰ってくださったスタッフの方の寄り添ってくださる優しさにも感激いたしました。全てのホスピタリティーの高さに感謝の思いでいっぱいです。

There was not one single drawer in the room. One pays 600 Euros per night and then you need to leave your clothes on the sofa, for that reason alone we will not be coming back. It's disrespectful.
Beyond that, the room and hotel is underwhelming compared to the impresison created on the website. I actually think you should have a website that is more faithful to the actual feeling one has when live at the hotel to avoid disappointing your guests that much.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at, the level of service was exceptional

Walter, the general manager, was incredibly attentive and helpful to us during our stay. All the staff were pleasant, efficient and very professional. During breakfast, the woman working in the restaurant ( I didn't get her name), went out of her way to assist me and she and other staff members assisted me in bringing food to my room for my travel friend who was not well.

Superb service from everyone at the hotel, but will call out Lara and Matteo who helped us with reservations for The Last Supper and some small items we requested for our room. Their service was friendly, efficient and worthy of note. Thank you to them both.

The Spa could have strong flows for the back, this is what really makes it an Spa and relaxes people, the water bubbles and strong flows.

Room 402 seemed to be near a staffing area and was a bit noisy as they moved carts and equipment around.

- Breakfast is dissatisfying - booked R&C htl with breakfast included to be able to enjoy exceptional a la carte F&B experience to find out that egg by the wish is to be extra charged (!?)
Furthermore, croissants were not good, eggs benedict although with surcharge was one of the worst I ever had - shamefully small portion (one egg?), watery and with no taste. In addition, I was requested to sign the surcharge immediately when it came on the table (???) - so instead to enjoy it while it is hot I need to deal with paperwork, as a hotel guest - a little bit inappropriate.
Fresh orange jus tastes like supermarket one.

Great Hotel and wonderful staff. Special mention to Mateo at the front desk.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. There were many great qualities, but the most important is that the staff was impeccable. I felt like everyone who worked there was there to help us…. with anything. Bravo.

Also… pastries at breakfast were fabulous. In fact the breakfast buffet spoiled me!

I couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature in the room.
I understand I've visited the hotel during a busy period but it would be nice to be shown my table at breakfast once entering the dining room.

The meal at the hotel restaurant was truly a wonderful dining experience. One of the best meals I have ever had. Our cameriera was the best.

Restaurant dinner menu very limited.

Our room did not have a shower, only the handheld in the bathtub. There was plenty of room to have had a shower in the bathroom.

The consierge, Walter, was wonderful! Pleasant, attentive and very helpful. He went above and beyond in helping us.

Rooms were very lovely. Bar service was great and the drinks fantastic. Particularly liked that we could have them upstairs outside.

The rain shower in the bathroom was not working properly. The stopper could not hold it so we had to press on the the stopper to shower the whole time. Told the staff but nothing was done. I stayed for 3 nights.

Amazing. Just amazing. No words needed. I have been lucky enough to stay in some of the world’s greatest hotels and I can safely say that the level of service here matches some and beats others.

As with every hotel, there are bumps and I was shown to the wrong room initially. This does not matter - what matters is how these bumps are handled. And your hotel handles them perfectly; Matteo was a star at dealing with this and more.

Es waren erlebnisreiche Tage in Mailand. Eine tolle Stadt mit vielen Facetten.
Das Hotel sehr schön restauriert und liebevoll eingerichtet...Man fühlt sich wie Alice in Wunderland .
Das Gourmet-Restaurant Rubacuori war ein Genuss für unseren Gaumen. Sehr, sehr Lecker. Absolut bravourös.
Sowie die nette, empathische blonde Dame, die uns jeden Gang brachte, die ein hervorragendes Taktgefühl hat, darf ich besonders hervorheben. Hotel meraviglioso, con spazi comuni arredati con grande attenzione ai dettagli che rendono il soggiorno davvero fiabesco.
