Nestled beneath a beautiful vaulted red brick ceiling, Château Monfort's Cella di Bacco is where a passion for wine meets Italian culinary tradition.
A large solid oak table welcomes you, and, opposite the entrance gate, a dramatic statue of Bacchus from which wine gushes forth.
The cellar is perfect for organizing personalized tastings with friends or for business meetings, open daily from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for up to 8 people.

New this year: a tasting of Italian extra virgin olive oils
Green gold is a source of great pride for Italy and defines our identity more than many other agricultural and food products; for this reason, we wanted to dedicate a special tasting to EVO oil, a term reserved exclusively for oils obtained through cold mechanical processes and without chemical treatments.

Tasting of 4 oils from small Italian producers accompanied by bread and cheeses selected by our Executive Chef.
