Staff were all excellent and helpful. Spa would benefit from hydrotherapy pool and larger space as seemed to be rooms not in use. Renovations began as we departed so perhaps improvements are already being made. Our room was lovely although a little small.

The drain in the shower backed up and water covered the floor. I reported the issue and it was not fixed. The flooding of the bathroom floor was not an inconvenience for me; but to prevent damage to the hotel, it should be fixed. The rest of the hotel experience was so wonderful, my wife and I plan to return just to experience the hotel without the children on our next trip to Europe.

The front desk staff was FANTASTIC! They provided a cafe on arrival and provided great suggestions for walking routes, restaurants and activities. The design was a great combination of contemporary and traditional. After experience small /rural towns on the first part of our trip, this space was the perfect contrast. We had an issue with our toilet and the staff fixed it quite quickly--by the time we were back from dinner.
